Ollie: Very mediocre Bok side!

Cape Town - Former South African prop Ollie le Roux is unimpressed by the Springbok team named to face the Wallabies in Brisbane on Saturday.

Coach Allister Coetzee on Thursday made four changes to the team that went down to Argentina in Salta.

Juan de Jongh and Jesse Kriel replace Damian de Allende and Lionel Mapoe in midfield, while Francois Hougaard comes into the side as replacement for Ruan Combrinck, who suffered a fractured leg against the Pumas. Hougaard will play on the left wing, meaning the experienced Bryan Habana moves over to the right.

In the only change amongst the forwards, tighthead prop Lourens Adriaanse will earn his first start for the Springboks in place of Vincent Koch.

Le Roux, who played 54 Tests for the Springboks between 1994 and 2002, expressed his thoughts via Twitter on Thursday.

The 43-year-old tweeted:

Le Roux was not happy to see Mapoe dropped, while he also questioned why skipper Adriaan Strauss and prop Tendai "Beast" Mtawarira kept their places.

Saturday's Test at Suncorp Stadium is scheduled for 12:05 (SA time).
