Thanks for tuning in!

Be sure to join us again next week when the Boks host the All Blacks at Kings Park in Durban. The Wallabies will face Argentina at Twickenham in London.

01 Oct 18:59

Bok skipper Adriaan Strauss receives the best player award. Fully deserved!

01 Oct 18:54

Gosh, it wasn't pretty but the Boks will take a valuable win. Morne Steyn has probably assured that Elton Jantjies won't play Test rugby again anytime soon. The Springbok defence improved as the match wore on and their scrum started to dominate in the second period. However, a performance like this one will not yield a win against the All Blacks...

01 Oct 18:42
71'- Scrum penalty for the Boks. It's on halfway, but this time the Boks opt for a lineout. Steyn sets up a lineout inside the Australian 22m area...
01 Oct 18:41
70'- This game is getting comical. An incredible amount of errors from both sides. The Wallabies are playing in the right side of the field, they have the most possession, but seem incapable of doing anything with the ball...
01 Oct 18:36
66'- The Springbok defence has certainly improved in the second half. But can they hold on for 14 minutes? It's all they seem to be doing at present...
01 Oct 18:33

SA 19

Good day and welcome to our live coverage of this Rugby Championship Test between our hosts, South Africa, and Australia from Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. Don't go away! We'll return shortly with team news from both sides.

  • 0'

Pat Lambie, Morné Steyn and Rudy Paige will all start for the Springboks in this Test. The inclusion of Paige at scrum-half is one of three changes made to the Springbok line-up that started the match against the All Blacks two weeks ago in Christchurch. Paige, who has made four Test appearances from the Bok bench, will partner the experienced Steyn in the halfbacks. The only other change to the starting line-up sees Lambie return to the team for the first time since he suffered concussion in the series opener against Ireland in June. Lambie will play full-back, where he is preferred over Johan Goosen.

  • 0'

Lots of passion in the faces of the Springbok supporters as they belt out Nkosi sikeleli.
