Hansen reveals All Blacks' secret to success

Durban - This current All Blacks side is on the verge of becoming the most successful team in the history of the game.

If they beat the Springboks in Durban this weekend and the Australia in Auckland on October 22, they will become the first top tier nation to record 18 straight Test wins.

With a perfect record in the Rugby Championship this season, New Zealand have looked in a league of their own for a long time now.

They obviously have the talent at their disposal and the coaching staff clearly know what they are doing, but are there any other secrets to this team's success?

According to coach Steve Hansen, simplicity is key.

"The secret is having a united vision of what we want to do and where we want to be as a team," said Hansen.

"The challenge when you are successful is to stay being successful and the only way you’re going to do that is by continuing to work hard. It’s a bit simplistic."

The All Blacks last lost in August of last year, going down 27-19 to the Wallabies in Sydney.
