The Springboks won Saturday's clash at Kings Park 34-21 and will now travel to Mendoza for next weekend's return fixture.
Kick-off is at 21:10 SA time.
Centre Jerónimo de la Fuente has been recalled to the Pumas' squad following injury, as have fellow backline players Santiago Alvarez
Fourcade and Santiago Carreras.
The latter two are uncapped at international level.
Another debutant, hooker Facundo Bosch, has also been drafted in from French
Top 14 club Agen.
Bosch becomes the second European-based player to be called up by coach Mario Ledesma after
Saracens’ prop Juan Figallo played in Durban.

Meanwhile, Rassie Erasmus has trimmed the Springbok squad by three players, cutting Jean-Luc du Preez (loose forward), Sikhumbuzo Notshe (loose forward) and Marvin Orie (lock).
Uncapped flank Cyle Brink underwent surgery last week to repair damage suffered to his injured knee.
In addition, Ross Cronje (scrumhalf), Jesse Kriel (centre) and Lwazi Mvovo (wing) are the three backs not travelling over to South America.
