According to Rapport, the Boks could make a few changes for the clash and the over-played Du Plessis is likely start on the bench this week.

The newspaper reported that there will be a few changes to the Bok starting team from the one which beat Argentina 33-31 in their last game in Salta.

The other expected changes could see Morne Steyn in place of Handre Pollard at flyhalf, Victor Matfield for Lood de Jager at lock, Marcell Coetzee for Juan Smith at flank and Jan Serfontein for Damian de Allende at centre.

Bok coach Heyneke Meyer stressed that players left out for Saturday's match should not be discouraged.

"It is about careful planning in a series like this. It is crucial to keep the players fresh," said Meyer.

Saturday's clash at Patersons Stadium in Perth kicks off at 12:05 (SA time).
