New boots for Beast!

Johannesburg - When Springbok Tendai “Beast” Mtawarira runs out at Ellis Park on Saturday to tackle the All Blacks he will sport an exclusive pair of boots embossed with the words “Beast 50” to mark his 50th Test for the Springboks.

The boots he will wear in the final round of The Rugby Championship are also embossed with the date “05/10/2013” of this landmark game for the prop forward.

PUMA Marketing Director Brett Bellinger said: “PUMA has had a long relationship with Tendai and are thrilled that he has reached this important milestone in his Springbok career. We have commemorated the day with a special pair of PUMA boots bearing his familiar nickname. PUMA together with the rest of South Africa will be screaming BEEEAAASSST as he runs onto the field to face the All Blacks, and we wish him all the very BEAST in scrumming power on Saturday.”
