Great touch from All Black captain Richie McCaw who has praised Jean de Villiers and Bryan Habana for reaching 100-Test milestones. Habana did so last week against Australia.

Thanks for tuning in!

This was by far the Springboks' best performance of the year. Well done to Handre Pollard, who stepped up and showed he was the real deal. He has to stay the Bok No 10 now until next year's World Cup. The Springbok scrum was terrific and their physicality was second to none. Duane Vermeulen was immense! The big problem remains at scrumhalf though where Hougaard failed with his tactical kicking when he replaced Pienaar. Willie le Roux also had in indifferent game and some of the handling out wide by the Bok backs still needs attention.

South Africa's next Test in the Rugby Championship is against Australia at Newlands on September 27.

My word, what a chance that was to beat the All Blacks in New Zealand! I thought the Boks were in there at the end with Vermeulen so close, but Hougaard was too hasty in going to De Jager on the short side...
