London - Remember the good old days when "what happened on the field, stayed on the field"?
Northampton Saints and former Wallaby prop Salesi Ma'afu and Leceister hooker Tom Youngs made amends on Twitter after fisticuffs on the field in their Aviva Premiership semi-final.
Ma'afu struck Youngs in the jaw during the match.
However Youngs wasn't too "sore" about it, tweeeting the following message after the match:
"Good shot mate, go well in the final. #rocky."
Ma'afu responded in a gentlemanly manner: "cheers mate. The jersey can overcome us in the heat of battle. I owe you a pint. #respect."
