Cape Town 10s ready for kick-off

Cape Town -The takealot.com Cape Town 10s, the world’s biggest Tens rugby tournament, will take place on the February 6-7, 2015 at Hamilton’s Rugby Club in Green Point, and is set to be the biggest social rugby and netball event of the year!

Spectators can look forward to 2 days packed with sport and entertainment, highlights include:

  • Over 100 rugby teams and 50 netball teams from 11 provinces and abroad
  • Live music by Jack Parow, GoodLuck, Kurt Darren,  The Kiffness, Brent Harris and Thee Jam, Me & Mr Brown and DJ Sox
  • Celeb rugby team captained by Siv Ngesi,  featuring a host of local celebs including Jack Parow and comedian Rob Van Vuuren
  • International sporting legends including Christian Cullen, Carlos Spencer, Graeme Smith, Bobby Skinstad, Robbie Fleck, Butch James, James Dalton, Justin Kemp and  Breyton Paulse
  • Delicious food options from the massive Food Lovers Market

The massive sports and entertainment festival takes place for the 7th consecutive year and has recently been shortlisted for Best Live Experience in the Discovery Sport Industry Awards 2015. Spectators will also have the chance to see local and international rugby legends in action.
