Cape Town - The Southern Kings went down 28-5 to Benetton Treviso in a muddy PRO14 clash in Italy on Saturday night.

The conditions meant that both sides struggled to string together much in the way of attacking, enterprising rugby, but in the end the result was another blow to the Kings as they look to climb the ladder in the competition.

The Kings conceded four tries to one in the contest, leaving them with just one victory all season and bottom of Conference B.

Things are not any better for the Cheetahs, either, after the men from Bloemfontein went down 37-21 to Edinburgh on Friday night to stay winless in the competition and bottom of Conference A.
