Cape Town - The PRO14 playoff contenders were confirmed following the last weekend of group-stage action.
Conference A will be represented by the Glasgow Warriors (1st ranked), Munster (2) and the Cheetahs (3), while Conference B will be represented by Leinster (1), Scarlets (2) and Edinburgh (3).
As conference winners, the Glasgow Warriors and Leinster have advanced directly to the semi-finals where they have earned home ground advantage.
Cross-conference knock-out games will take place to determine who will reach the semi-finals.
The Cheetahs, who finished third in Conference A, will travel to Llanelli to take on the Scarlets this Saturday (kick-off 19:35 SA time). The winner of that match will face the Glasgow Warriors at Scotstoun Stadium.
The other playoff match is between Irish side Munster and Scottish side Edinburgh, with the winner travelling to the RDS Arena to face Leinster in the semi-finals.
The final is scheduled for the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on May 26.
