Cape Town - Cheetahs centre Nico Lee will appear before a PRO14 disciplinary committee after being cited for an alleged act of poor sportsmanship during his side's 25-17 loss to Irish side Connacht last Saturday.
According to the PRO14's official website, the complaint refers to an incident involving Connacht No 7 Colby Fainga'a in the 64th minute of the PRO14 Round 15 fixture at The Sportsground in Galway.
Lee was reported by the citing commissioner in charge for alleged infringement of Law 9.27 - A player must not do anything that is against the spirit of good sportsmanship.
He will face a disciplinary committee via video conference on Wednesday.
The Committee will comprise of Owain Rhys James (Chair), Richard Cole and Nigel Williams (all Wales).
The Cheetahs' next encounter is against Welsh side Llanelli Scarlets at Parc Y Scarlets on Sunday (15:00 SA time).
