It's the Habana 'gun' show!

Cape Town - Springbok wing Bryan Habana has tweeted a picture of himself training at Toulon's training ground.

Habana featured over the weekend for his Top 14 team as they defeated Leinster 29-14 to progress to the semi-finals of the Heineken Cup.

Toulon are also currently in third position in France's Top 14 competition, one point adrift of leaders Montpellier and behind Clermont Auvergne on points difference.

Habana, who left WP and the Stormers after last year's Super Rugby tournament, certainly looks like he's spent some time in the gym!

Habana tweeted the picture along with the following message:

"Gr8 session @SonettiThomas @juliochistole RT: “@FLUXFrance: bon travail avec les cordes #fitness #core @BryanHabana pic.twitter.com/JeUrDovM1P"
