Heartbreaking news for anyone who reads this and more so if you are a parent and look into your own childrens faces of the same age. May God give the Barry family the strength to overcome this heartache. Trying times, but I do believe DJ is happy and waiting to meet up with his family one day in heaven. God Bless and thoughts and prayers are with them. To us parents who's children are alive and well, treat them well, love them and just enjoy the given moments we have with them. It is not guaranteed ..... RIP DJ.

We don't know the reason, but there is plenty of good news for you De Wet and your wife: Your boy is with the Lord, and one day you will take care of him. Jesus said that all children are going to heaven. Mat.19-14. He is there waiting, and one day you will know that Jesus spoke the truth.Just believe.

  • sam.kaitawa - 2011-12-21 07:10

Apart from condolences, I don't know you and actually I've never heard of you, sorry for your loss but the reality is that most of the well wishes and phoney blessings is just that...."phoney" All the best, take it easy bro

      Pina - 2011-12-21 11:23

Obviously you have not heard of sympathy or empathy and possibly you may have no children of your own and being cynical may come easier to you than understanding that not all people on this earth are "phoney". It makes me sad for you. Your Loss must be huge.

      Liezel - 2011-12-23 17:32

Shame, wat het in jou lewe soooo skeef geloop dat jy so skepties is ?? Klink my die lewe het jou n "raw deal " gegee. Vertel ons, sodat ons "jou man/boyfriend/girlfriend " kan kom aanspreek - dalk vat die "hard up" mens jou terug !?
