Bookies back WP for back-to-back Currie Cup wins

Cape Town - Western Province will win their second Currie Cup in as many years with victory over the Sharks on Saturday, if local bookmakers are to be believed...

WP host the 2018 final at Newlands having beaten the Sharks at Kings Park in the 2017 tournament decider. 

Coach John Dobson's men were underdogs that day, but with a perfect record so far in 2018, they are understandably being tipped to get the job done in front of their own fans this time around. 

Local bookmakers Sportingbet have installed WP as 2/5 favourites to win the match, while the Sharks are outsiders at 187/100

The draw after 80 minutes, meanwhile, is on offer as at 20/1

In terms of the scoring handicaps, the bookies are suggesting that 7 points seems the likeliest margin of victory for the home side. 

Kick-off on Saturday is at 16:00.
