Bloemfontein - Free State Cheetahs prop Schalk van der Merwe’s disciplinary hearing, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, has been postponed until Wednesday.

The player received a red card in the 74th minute of their Currie Cup clash against the Blue Bulls last Saturday for lifting opposition fullback Jurgen Visser in a tackle and failing to bring him back to the ground safely, therefore breaching Law 10.4 (j).

The hearing will take place at 11:00 in Cape Town.

Advocate André Oosthuizen will serve as the judicial officer.
