Bulls welcome Murray to Loftus

Pretoria - The Blue Bulls Company on Tuesday confirmed that former Springbok midfielder Waylon Murray has joined them with immediate effect and has signed a contract with the union until October, 31, 2015.

Clearance has also been received from Murray’s Super Rugby franchise, the Kings and the 27-year-old player can be considered for selection ahead of Saturday’s Currie Cup opener against the Western Province in Cape Town.

Confirming his immediate availability, BBC High Performance Manager Xander Janse van Rensburg said: “We have just received the clearance, so can now officially announce the signing. Waylon is a highly rated player with heaps of experience at especially Super Rugby and Currie Cup level. He will add experience to our back division as well as a cool head.”

Saturday's clash at Newlands kicks-off at 17:05 on Saturday.
