Cheetahs announce pre-season squad

Cape Town - Cheetahs coach Franco Smith has announced a 51-man pre-season Super Rugby squad.

They have this week off but will commence their pre-season training in Bloemfontein on Monday, November 9.

Lock Lood de Jager, who featured for the Boks at the Rugby World Cup, is also included after returning from England.

The Cheetahs start their 2016 Super Rugby campaign with a home game against the new team from Argentina on Friday, February 26.
