Christchurch - The wedding's over. Now on to the honeymoon.

According to the NZ Herald website, after the hype and attention of their big day - complete with helicopters and security guards - it's time for Dan Carter and Honor Dillon to get away on their own.

Jockey marketing manager Tanya Foster said she saw Carter for a photo shoot in the past fortnight.

"He was really excited. He just couldn't wait for the wedding and the honeymoon." She said the couple would head away for a "good six weeks or so".

Harvey World Travel general manager marketing Jodie Burnard's pick for the honeymoon was Africa.

"It's a favourite with the royals and no doubt our 'rugby royals' will follow suit."

Wait... so, have Carter and his wife confirmed this?? Or is it simply the words of a travel agents marketing manager suggesting Africa would be her pick, taken way out of context???

Why do they say AFRICA, as if we are 1 big happy family from Cape to Cairo and just 1 dictator. LISTEN UP people who live out of AFRICA, Africa has 56 countries, 56 diff goverments, 56 diff sets of laws, 56 diff currencies (if u still include the ZIM dollar) which half has dictators, a few presidents who think they dictators and a few half decent leaders. Please before telling your friends or they media you are travelling to AFRICA, log on to the net and check which half of the equator u going to 1st, then the shape n flag of that place....and trust me, that place will have a name as it will be its own sovreign state with its OWN NAME!!!!...use it!

Actually it doesn't have so many currencies: quite a few share the West African Franc.
