Devin Toner will now replace Henderson in the second row, with the experienced forward set to win his 70th cap as Ireland go in search of a Triple Crown following wins over Scotland and Wales in the opening two rounds.

Ireland coach Andy Farrell, the father of England captain Owen Farrell, had initially named an unchanged starting XV on Wednesday following a 24-14 win over Wales in Dublin.

Ultan Dillane will now fill the bench vacancy for Sunday's match created by Toner's promotion into the starting XV.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
