WP Rugby recently announced that Newlands Stadium would remain its home after the WPRFU voted unanimously against a possible move to the Cape Town Stadium.
But Boland, who are the hosts for this match, have opted to play the game at the 2010 Soccer World Cup venue.
The main match kicks off at 16:00, while a Boland XV will face a WP Vodacom Cup XV in a curtain-raiser at 14:00.
It will be the Stormers' final pre-season match before they start their Super Rugby campaign away to the Bulls on February 14.
They beat the SWD Eagles 34-3 in George last weekend and host the Cheetahs at Newlands on Friday (19:00 kick-off).
