London - England and Harlequins captain Chris Robshaw has been nominated for the English Premiership Player of the Year award.
According to the BBC website, the England flank is one of three loose forwards to make the shortlist of six, alongside Leicester's Julian Salvi and Exeter's James Scaysbrook.
Robshaw's Quins team-mate, Mike Brown, and England colleague, Brad Barritt of Saracens, were also nominated.
Gloucester prop Nick Wood completes the list for the award, with the winner to be announced on May 8.
South Africa-born centre Barritt has seen his form at Saracens rewarded with inclusion in England's Six Nations campaign.
Barritt previously represented the Durban-based Sharks outfit in Currie Cup and Super Rugby.
