1. Tour de France

It's the final stages of this year's Tour de France.

2. Sri Lanka v Proteas - 1st ODI

After a humiliating Test series whitewash, skipper Faf du Plessis and the Proteas are preparing for the five-match ODI series, with the Cricket World Cup less than a year away.

3. Super Rugby semi-finals

We've reached the semi-final stage of this year's Super Rugby and there are two mouth-watering fixtures to keep you entertained on Saturday.

We travel to Christchurch, where the defending champion Crusaders take on the Hurricanes in an epic Kiwi-derby (09:35 SA time).

Then we're in Johannesburg, as the Lions host the Waratahs at Ellis Park (15:05).
