Former New Zealand prop Craig Dowd was a relieved man after watching last Saturday's Rugby Championship Test between the Springboks and All Blacks.

Dowd was relieved to see the Boks in fighting spirit as they narrowly lost 25-24 at Newlands.

Johann van Graan's departure to Munster means that Springbok coach Allister Coetzee will soon experience yet more change to his coaching team.

The current Bok forwards coach has put pen to paper to join Munster as head coach until 2020. 

However it is unclear when exactly he will join the Irish PRO14 franchise.
