Van der Burgh pumps iron

2013-08-29 12:54
Cape Town - South African swimming star Cameron van der Burgh has revealed part of his gym workout that has helped make him a household name in the country.

Van der Burgh, 25, who returned from the recent FINA World Championships in Barcelona with a gold medal in the men's 50m breaststroke and a silver in the 100m, uploaded an Instagram video on Thursday displaying his toned and tattooed body in the gym.

Van der Burgh is currently in training as he looks to defend his 100m Olympic title at the 2016 Rio Games.

6 sets, 6x shoulder press/20x back flys super set!!! Getting some shoulder rehab in at the sane time. Burn those reps till you set the butterflies free ;) ALL DAY!!! #preseasontraining
