WWE LIVE returns to GrandWest in 2020

The WWE LIVE international wrestling event will return to the Grand Arena at GrandWest in Cape Town on Wednesday, 29 April 2020.

The other three shows in the country will take place on Thursday, April 30 at Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium and Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2 at the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg.

Fans will have a chance to see their favourite wrestling superstars in action, including Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bobby Lashley, The O.C., Ricochet and Aleister Black.

“The international wrestling events are extremely popular,” says Elouise Matthys, the PR and Promotions Manager at GrandWest.

“There is an incredible energy and feeling of excitement at the show, fans absolutely love it.”

There will be three events in South Africa and each week, WWE’s flagship programmes Raw and SmackDown will air live in South Africa exclusively on SuperSport.

Tickets are available from Computicket starting from R515.

Doors open at 19:00 and the show starts at 20:00.

Although signs are allowed at the event they may not be raised during the match. All signs on poles or displaying obscene language will be not be allowed. No children under 3.
