Johannesburg - Boxing promoters Golden Gloves say they're still interested in having All Blacks utility fight in South Africa and can offer him other slots after a proposed June date clashed with rugby.
Golden Gloves publicist and former world champion Brian Mitchell says they could host a Williams fight in September or November.
Mitchell says, "We'd love to have him come out to South Africa to show us his boxing skills as well as his rugby skills."
Mitchell says there hasn't been talks with Williams' management, but "this is an invitation for them to get in contact."
Williams has been allowed to pursue a boxing career alongside rugby and won the vacant New Zealand heavyweight title in February.
