Langenhoven eases into semis

London - South Africa's Hilton Langenhoven has eased into the Paralympic men's 400m T12 semi-finals after winning his heat on Sunday.

Langenhoven easily won in a time of 49.86 seconds to qualify for Tuesday's semi-finals.
