Cape Town - South Africa's Charles Bouwer booked his spot in the final of the men's 200m individual medley SM13 at the London Paralympics on Friday.
Bouwer, swimming in Heat 2, finished second in a time of 2:15.28, which was good enough for third-fastest overall ahead of Friday evening's final.
Bouwer, who already has a gold and two silvers medals to his name in London, will have his work cut out for him should he wish to add a gold medal to his collection after Belarus' Ihar Boki smashed the world record in setting a time of 2:09.89.
The final is scheduled for 21:16 SA time.
