Cape Town - The South African pair of Lawrence Brittain and Shaun Keeling have won a silver medal in the men's pairs rowing competition at the Rio Olympics.
They finished in a time of 7:02.51, 2.80 seconds behind the New Zealand pair of Eric Murray and Hamish Bond who stopped the clock in 6:59.71.
Marco Di Costanzo and Giovanni Abagnale of Italy finished in third.
