Not a wonderful performance from Elroy Galant in the men's 5,000-metre final. He finishes one from the back, in fact. Great Britain's Mo Farah wins it comfortably. Gelant's time is 13:17;47 - and our time is done, for now. Indeed, Sunday afternoon in South Africa will bring Lusapho April, Sibusiso Nzima and Lungile Gongqa in the men's marathon - and Alan Hatherly and James Reid in the men's moutian biking cross country.

Caster Semenya, in lane three, takes up the lead about 30 seconds in, loses it momentarily, but quickly enough stretches ahead... and over the line. in a time of 1:55;28. GOLD for South Africa, but greeted by some boos. We won't go there, as to why. Great race.
