SA medal winners due home

Cape Town - South Africa's gold medal-winning swimmers at the 2012 London Olympics are due back in the country on Thursday.

Chad le Clos and Cameron van der Burgh will arrive at O.R. Tambo airport at 07:30 on flight SAA235.

Van der Burgh picked up SA's first medal of the Olympics when he set a new world record in winning the men's 100m breaststroke.

Le Clos then added to SA's success in the pool when he won the gold medal in the men's 200m butterfly and picked up silver in the 100m butterfly, behind American superstar, Michael Phelps.
