Fuglsang triumphs at Tour of Andalusia

Madrid - Denmark's Jakob Fuglsang won the Tour of Andalusia on Sunday, despite Matteo Trentin sealing victory in the fifth and final stage.

Fuglsang retained the leader's jersey he had claimed in Granada on Saturday after finishing seven seconds ahead of his Spanish Astana team-mate Ion Izagirre and 11 in front of Dutchman Steven Kruijswijk.

Trentin of Mitchelton-Scott sprinted clear to win the 164km route between Otura and Alhaurin de la Torre with a time of 3:58.19.

Enrique Sanz came in second and Carlos Barbero third.
