SA riders shine in Bavaria

Johannesburg - South African cyclists Daryl Impey and Reinardt Janse van Rensburg took the spotlight on the third stage of the Tour of Bavaria in Germany on Friday.

Impey (Orica-GreenEDGE) outclassed a strong field to win the 232.7 km stage, which ended in Grassau Neusass, while Janse van Rensburg (Giant-Shimano) finished second. Third place went to Katusha rider Alexandr Porsev.
