St. Petersburg - Cycling federation president Pat McQuaid is waiting for a visit from  Lance Armstrong.

McQuaid says Armstrong "should jump on his private plane" and travel to UCI headquarters in Switzerland to provide details on his doping, apologize to the sport and offer to help clean up cycling.

McQuaid says Armstrong should also meet with the US Anti-Doping Agency and World Anti-Doping Agency to come clean on how he cheated to win the Tour de France seven times.

McQuaid says "if he has information that is valuable to the sport he should come forward."
