Who to watch: Team SA on Day 9

Cape Town - Day 9 of the Commonwealth Games on Australia's Gold Coast once again sees numerous South Africans in action. 

Caster Semenya will be expected to win her second gold medal of the week in the final of the 800m, while the South African women's Sevens team get their campaign underway with matches against Canada and New Zealand. 

Big things are also expected from Team SA's 4x100m relay team where Akani Simbine, Henricho Bruintjies, Anaso Jobodwana and Clarence Munyai are expected to line up for the heats.
