Who to watch: Team SA on Day 8

Cape Town - Day 8 at the Commonwealth Games on Australia's Gold Coast sees South Africa's Caster Semenya kick-start her 800m campaign.

Having already won gold in the 1 500m, Semenya now turns her attention to a more familiar distance as she looks to secure a rare double.

Semenya is the overwhelming favourite to cruise through her 00:20 (SA time) heat.

There is also a real medal chance for South Africa in the form of Clarence Munyai who will compete in the final of the men's 200m at 13:56 (SA time).
