Who to watch: Team SA Day 10

Cape Town - As the 2018 Commonwealth Games wind down, Team South Africa still has a few medal hopes remaining this weekend.

The likes of Chad le Clos and Caster Semenya may be done competing, but South Africa will be looking to their men's 4x100m relay team to produce the goods on Saturday afternoon. 

Saturday will also see the start of the men's Sevens side's campaign, with pool fixtures against Malaysia, Papua New Guinea and Scotland scheduled.

14:35: Men’s javelin final: Phil-Mar Van Rensburg


12:30: Men’s Road Race: Brendon Davids, Nicholas Dlamini, Bradley Potgieter, Nolan Hoffman, Clint Hendricks


10:07: Women’s 3m Springboard, Preliminaries: Julia Vincent, Nicole Gillis, Micaela Bouter

13:07: Women’s 3m Springboard, Final


04:05: Men’s Pool A: South Africa vs Malaysia

04:27: Women’s Pool A: South Africa vs Kenya

10:37: Men’s Pool A: South Africa vs Papua New Guinea

14:17: Men’s Pool A: South Africa vs Scotland


10:30: Queen’s Prize Individual Finals, Day Three: Jacobus du Toit and Petrus Haasbroek


13:30: Men’s TT6-10 Singles, Bronze Medal Match: Theo Cogill vs Joshua Stacey (Wales)


11:00: Men’s Freestyle (86kg) 1/8 Final: Michael Gaitskill vs Alexander Moore (Canada)
