Grooming after swimming at the Commonwealth Games

Cape Town - This has been an exceptional Commonwealth Games for South Africa, but there is one man that should get mentioned - Chad le Clos.

This brilliant swimmer has bagged an incredible SEVEN medals. In light of his achievement, MANBOX has given us a few grooming tips for those of you who enjoy a dip in the pool.

Maintain your mane

The chlorine in the pool can damage your strands and leave them looking weak and thin. Use a build-up busting shampoo after swimming like Africology Shampoo.

Scrub down

Even though you’re spending time in the water, it’s not necessarily clean. Take a shower post-dip with a refreshing body wash. For high performance cleansing use Game Day Shower Gel Body + Facial Cleanser.
