    Bookies not sold on Boks' RWC 2019 chances

    Cape Town - The Springboks have been installed as fifth-favourites to win the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan following Thursday's confirmation of the tournament fixtures.

    Predictably, the two-time defending champion All Blacks top the charts at 23/20, ahead of England (39/10) and Australia (13/2).

    Ireland are next best at 8/1 followed by Allister Coetzee's Boks at 39/4 according to the BET.co.za website.

    The tournament kicks off on Friday, September 20, 2019 as hosts Japan face a yet-to-be-determined 'Europe 1' country.

    The following day will see a mouth-watering encounter as the All Blacks and Boks square off in Yokohama at 11:45 SA time.

    The final is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, exactly two years from today.
