Cape Town - It's the weekend!
But the sporting world never sleeps, so hang on tight and be sure to watch these FOUR events (in no particular order)!
1. World Rugby Sevens Series
We're in Vancouver for the sixth leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series!
Log leaders, the Blitzboks, face Russia (19:52 SA time) and Scotland (23:24 SA time) on Saturday evening and New Zealand (02:56 SA time) on Sunday morning in Pool D in Canada.
The Cup final kicks off on Monday at 03:19 (SA time) with the Blitzboks hopefully featuring - and coming out on top!

2. English Premiership
The English Premiership is here to keep us entertained.
We start off with the match of the weekend as Manchester United host Liverpool at Old Trafford (14:30 SA time). We'll then see among other matches West Bromwich Albion v Leicester City (17:00 SA time) and Chelsea battle Crystal Palace (19:30 SA time).
On Sunday, Arsene Wenger's Arsenal will want to get back to winning league ways as they take on Watford (15:30 SA time) and then AFC Bournemouth battle Tottenham Hotspur (18:00 SA time).

3. Proteas v Australia, 2nd Test
All the action has been off the field leading up to the second Test in Port Elizabeth.
Faf du Plessis and his charges will want their cricket to do the talking as they trail in the four-match Test series, 1-0.
Play gets underway at 10:00 at St George's Park.

4. Super Rugby
Round 4 of the Super Rugby action gets under way this weekend.
On Saturday, we'll be entertained by the Hurricanes v Crusaders (08:35 SA time) and then the Bulls are in Brisbane to face the Reds (10:45 SA time).
Back in SA at the Shark Tank, the Sharks battle the Sunwolves (15:05 SA) after which the Lions host the Blues at Ellis Park (17:15)
