Zero vision and X-factor

As per my below mail we predicted that it was not going to be pretty unless the coach makes changes and as expected he fell far short of doing this. It's really frustrating to see such great talent being totally mismanaged and turning out results /performances as they did today and last week. I guess this is the price that will be paid as long as there is a limited stubborn coach with ZERO vision and x factor.

Let's see where he went wrong and what needs to be done in order to put in a respectful performance against the AB's next week.

(I) Zane Kirshner needs to be put on the first flight back to SA. He is both one dimensional and weak on defense, infact his lack of tackling cost the Boks the try against the Pumas and a try today against the Wallabies. He is not at international level and in my opinion not at super rugby level either.
(ii) Morne is no 2 on the axing list. We are fortunate to have two fantastic no 10's being Lambie and Goosen.
(iii) Fransie Steyn is wasted at center and needs to be at 15.
(Iv) Bekker should never have been dropped and must be re-instated back into the team.
(v) Heinrich should join the Boks ASAP and be included in the 22  for next week.
(vi) Mvovo is also not a test level player, he was targeted by the Aussies and the Boks unfortunately paid the price both on his attack and defense.

Obviously we need to get our injured players back who will make a massive difference. JP, Bismarck, Connie and Schalk.

If HM doesn't make the changes we will once again be battered by the AB's next week.
