Why the big deal?

Why is everyone making such a big deal of this? There are shocking decisions every week. Can't understand why people (South Africans in particular) is criticising the Lions so much when a.) the try wasn't their decision and b.) Aussie and Kiwi teams usually get the rub of the ball. So I'm definitely not upset when it happens to an SA team. Especially when they play a Kiwi team.
