Cape Town - According to Sport24 readers, despite the Bulls' Super Rugby form, Western Province are the team most likely to win the 2013 Currie Cup.

In a recent Sport24 poll, Western Province were favoured to win the 2013 Currie Cup title, earning one-third of the readers' votes.

The bookies, on the other hand, are backing the WP and the Bulls as the joint favourites.

WP and the Bulls can be backed at 5/2, with the Sharks at 33/10, the Lions 5/1, Free State 13/2 and Griquas 35/1.

Sport24 asked:

"Who will be crowned 2013 Currie Cup champions?"

These were the results:

33% - Western Province
23% - Sharks
16% - Blue Bulls
16% - Golden Lions
11% - Free State Cheetahs
1% - Griquas
