When someone comes up with the word kwota he is a racist. I feel that South Africa Rugby should make up 2 teams...1 full of african race and another with mixed race with no african race. Kwota only os for the african race. So colourd race and indian does not apply.
A solution to this issue is that there are so many businesses that can support a springbok team, that does not commit to the kwota system. Just like germany that had 2 teams, south africa can also have two.
