The Boks missed Morne

Did we lose or did NZ win??

I think it’s a bit of both, but more of the former!!!

My biggest concern is not losing to the world champs, but the manner in which we lost. Questions need to be asked. Defence?  Was there any plan or structure? Why does Brian keep coming off the line? I am sure if we go back, we’ll see that Brian has given away more tries, than he has scored, trying to intercept?
I said that if we win the breakdown battle, we should have NZ’s number, but we lost that battle terribly. As good as Flo and Vermeulen played against OZ, as disappointing where they against NZ.
That said, it’s a young side and they will learn, but you have to ask yourself, why was the lack of experience so evident against NZ? There were experienced players who just didn’t do their part. Jaun De Villiers was the MOST disappointing; there was never a moment when he looked like a captain!!!!!!!
I might be crucified for saying this, but Heyneke Meyer missed Morney Steyn!!!
