I believe this is the solution which SARU should have implemented ages ago. The topic has been discussed through lengths. It is quite simple and I’m glad even SARU is starting to understand BLACK RUGBY PLAYER OPPORTUNITIES  now.

In order to have a fully representative National side, you need to give players from the grassroots RIGHTFUL and FAIR opportunities to develop and prove their talent and skills. One up for SARU. Now the next challenge is to fully implement this, get rid of the bok symbol and create/adopt a new symbol of that’s creates proud national unity.

Yes, we need to get rid of oppressive symbols and create a new history which everyone can be proud of.
