Specialist players are the key for Proteas

In July 2012 former Proteas wicketkeeper Mark Boucher retired from International cricket after he was struck in the eye by a flailing bail during a tour match in England.

Do we not have too mant bits and pieces players at present ? Why not play six specialist batsman and five specialist bowlers with the added bonus that JP a specialist batsmen who can cover the spinning role in Australia.... My team then would be something like De Kock , Amla , Du Plessis, De Villiers, Rossouw, Duminy, Philander, Morris, Steyn, Morkel, De Lange. Apart from Philander who offers control and movement I would also want all the bowlers operating over 140km per hour .....something we didn't see on tour recently. Yes the tail is a little long but we don't have a finisher anyway.
