Smit made the right decision

I'm 100% satisfied with the decision made by John Smit. Success in the boardroom needs to translate to success on the field, at the moment that is not happening. The team is no longer responding to Plum and as a result look uncoached! It's criminal that the Sharks with all the resources (funds and players) over the past 5 years (make it ever) have not won a Super Rugby title. We need to move forward. We thank Plum for the 2 CC titles, we just need that SR title.
