Sa will lose talent!

The French and UK leagues are full of South African, New Zealand, Fijian etc players who rose to prominence through the S15 competition. Their system relies on such rounding up of talent from across the globe. French rugby is at an all-time low despite the domination of Toulon, Stade and Toulouse all because there are only 6 French flyhalves in their league, out of 14 clubs!
while the pound sterling would undoubtedly benefit SA we would be prone to lose more of our young talent to clubs who we would be playing against week in and week out. Right now only a few top guys are lost t Europe, but if clubs there had weekly access to our players who knows what might happen. you only have to look back at English cricket of the 1980's to see how importing players is not a sustainable league system.
